Carpenter Lake Cabins offers quality housekeeping accommodations in the rugged wilderness of the Algoma Highlands 90 km east of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Recreational opportunities include world-class fishing for lake trout, brook trout, pike and bass in more than a dozen nearby lakes where we have boats. The resort has good beaches for swimming, canoes and well-marked hiking trails that lead to waterfalls and scenic lookouts. A network of nearby roads is excellent for excursions by all-terrain vehicles and mountain bikes. Moose, deer and partridge are native to the area and can be hunted in the fall.

We are open May through November and a for winter interval. Access is by car in summer and snowmobile in winter. Weekly cabin rates range from $468.00 to $877.50 for a family in summer and include free use of boats.
